Artist Hasna El-bacharia in addition to Gaâda Diwane Band of Bechar and Lotfi Raina-Rai will be among the participants in the 7th National Diwane Music and Dance Festival to be held in Bechar from June 7 to 13, event’s commissioner Amari Hamdani said.
