The Ministry of Foreign Affairs held Tuesday night at its headquarters, an artistic evening  hosted by the National Symphony Orchestra on the occasion of the holding of the second round of inter-Malian inclusive dialogue which started last Monday in Algiers.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs invited the delegations to attend the presentation of the latest work of the National Symphony Orchestra "Shérazed", in the presence of members of government and the diplomatic corps accredited to Algiers.
Co-organized with the Ministry of Culture, this event  represents "a convivial moment, an opportunity to cultivate affinities and celebrate the art and beauty as heritage," stressed a young diplomat in a welcome speech, read on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ramtane Lamamra.
Before that, a minute of silence, "as a symbolic gesture of appreciation" was observed in honor of the two diplomats, Boualem Saies and Tahar Touati, who were killed after their abduction by a terrorist group in Gao in April in 2012.
The Foreign Minister reiterated the "worthy representatives of the people of Mali," Algeria's readiness to accompany them in their work for national reconciliation.
"The Algerian government, acting under the supervision of President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, will spare no effort to help them in this historic task of national reconciliation, building peace and achieving security and prosperity for all."
Besides, Lamamra said the Malian representatives agreed to meet again to "pave the way that will lead to peace" and sketch the outlines of the future of a "unit and solidary Mali, rich in diversity, a Mali that meets the aspirations of its people."
