Iran has planned to hold the 4th International Fajr Visual Arts Festival in the capital city of Tehran to display various works of art inspired by different cultures. About 30 countries have applied so far to take part n the caricature section of the 2012 edition of the International Fajr Visual Arts Festival, announced the head of Iran's Caricature House Masoud Shojaei-Tabatabaei. The submitted countries include Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cuba, Serbia, China, Italy, Poland, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine, he added. This year's festival is slated to feature painting, calligraphy, miniature, photography, caricature, poster designing, pottery, ceramics and sculpture. The Fourth International Fajr Visual Arts is scheduled to be held from January 30 to March 4, 2012 in Tehran.
