A chess festival kicked off in Azerbaijan's capital Baku on Tuesday, dedicating to the 91st anniversary of the birth of the country's late national leader Heydar Aliyev. Organized by the Ministry of Education, the festival involves teams of students from Baku, Ganja and other cities and regions. About 390 students were registered for competition in 5 days. The Swiss system will apply during the matches, with each team consisting of three boys and three girls from 7 to 14.
