Algerian singer Ali Amrane is to give a concert Saturday at the ninth Fes Festival of Amazigh Culture, to be held under the theme \"Amazighity and Andalusia: Right of Belonging and Hospitality,\" from Friday to Sunday in Fes, Morocco, organizers said.
