Tropical Storm Henriette was moving slowly west of Baja California, Mexico, Monday and should become a hurricane later this week, forecasters said. Henriette, with sustained winds of 50 mph, was about 1,400 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California, moving west at 7 mph, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said in its 2 a.m. PDT advisory. No coastal watches or warnings were in effect. Henriette is expected to strength and should become a hurricane by Wednesday, the center said. Tropical storm-force winds extended as far as 70 miles out from Henriette\'s center.
