A number of terrorists have attacked a military base affiliated to the Algerian People's National Army in Wadi al Sha'ba, which is far by more than 10 kilometers from Batna province.

A number of terrorists attacked a military base by using mortars and the electricity cables were damaged, leading to a power cut in the area.

The Algerian army used the helicopters to pursue the terrorists.
