Two police personnel were killed and three others injured in a bomb blast in Al Arish, North Sinai, on Monday.

Unidentified persons had planted the explosive charge at the entrance of Al Arish city and exploded when a police armored vehicle drove by, medical and security sources said.

The injured are being moved to hospital and the victims counted, the sources added.
