Asian Games Champion Femi Shun Ogunode of Qatar equaled Asian Championship record with a blistering sprint from start to finish to win the men\'s 200m final with an impressive performance of 20.41 seconds at the 19th Asian Athletics Championships here Sunday. Hitoshi Saito of Japan amended his medal position from 2009 with a silver finish in a time of 20.75 seconds. The bronze medal went to defending champion Omar Al Salfa of UAE who finished the race in 20.97 seconds. Ogunode equalled Korean Jang Jae-Keun\'s long-standing Championship Record of 20.41 seconds set in 1985. Jamaican Usain Bolt holds the world record (19.19 seconds) achieved in 2009 while Japan\'s Shingo Suetsugu holds the Area Record (20.03 secs) set in 2003. Speaking after his memorable victory Ogunode said, \"I am glad to be the Asian champion, but it was too hot today. It was too hot for me to show all my skills. My goal is to win the gold medal in the World Championships. I like to run short distances. Asked about world champion sprinter Usain Bolt and whether he would want to be like him. Ogunode replied, \"He is a great athlete, but I don\'t want to be like him. I just want to be myself and keep getting better.\"
