Olympiacos maintained their 100 per cent winning start to the Superleague season with Rafik Djebbour bagging two goals in their impressive 4-1 victory over Panthrakikos on Sunday.
Algerian international Djebbour got the league leaders off to the perfect start in the fourth minute and Jose Holebas\' 27th-minute strike followed immediately by an own goal from Dimitrios Skliopidis put them well on their way to recording a fourth win from as many matches.
Djebbour compounded Panthrakikos\' misery six minutes after the interval but the visitors did manage a consolation through Leonidas Kyvelidis in the 83rd minute.
AEK Athens continued their abysmal start to the season with a 2-1 defeat at OFI Crete, who claimed their first victory of the league campaign.
Mirnes Sisic (17) and Giorgios Ioannidis (41) put the home side in control and although Jose Emilio Furtado halved the deficit two minutes before the interval, there was no way back for AEK.
They have now lost three of their opening four games and only a better goal difference separates them from bottom side Kerkyra, who were beaten 1-0 at Aris Salonika.
The hosts scored the decisive goal 12 minutes after the interval through David Aganzo\'s penalty.
Michael Olaitan\'s 65th-minute goal gave Veria their first win of the season after they defeated fellow strugglers Giannina 1-0.
