The third Damanhur international folkloric festival shows that Egypt is stable and secure, Culture Minister Abdel Wahed el Nabawi said on Friday.

He said the festival kicked off on Thursday and runs till Tuesday.

The minister said 12 bands from six countries are taking part in the event.
