Police said they dispersed a 15-man brawl in downtown Moscow. At about 9:30 p.m. Friday, 15 men from the North Caucasus region started to fight in Manezhnaya Square. The Moscow Interior Department told ITAR-Tass: \"Police squads that arrived at the scene immediately detained three perpetrators of the incident, all of them from the region of Dagestan. One of the men had a dagger on him.\" Police detained eight men by the end of the night. \"All the detained men have been taken to a police department where the officials will decide on the methods of bringing them to responsibility,\" said the Moscow Interior Department.
