At least two workers were killed and another severely injured early Monday after molten steel spilled out of a continuous casting machine at a factory in eastern Ukraine, authorities reported. The tragedy happened at around 5:18 a.m. local time (0318 GMT) in the metal factory in Donetsk region, when a steel ladle collapsed, pouring liquid metal onto the factory floor where the three victims were working, the Emergencies Ministry said. Two workers died on the scene, while the third one suffered severe burns.
