Rafah crossing

United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) managed Wednesday to send a humanitarian convoy to the Gaza Strip via Rafah border crossing.
The convoy consists of 18 trucks laden with food aid that are enough to feed around 150,000 people for five days.
In a statement released by the WFP Cairo office, the Programme said that trucks arrived to the Rafah terminal via Sinai Peninsula after a 7-hour trip from Alexandria.
