Al-Wafd Party denounced on Sunday terrorist acts that occurred today.
Any group or faction could not defeat a country supported by its people, army and police forces, Al-Wafd said in a statement.
The statement added that the country is able to eliminate a handful of terrorist elements which infiltrate into civilians to plant bombs to terrorize the Egyptian people.
Al-Wafd party mourned the death of policemen who were killed in the bomb blast which took place early Sunday near Egypt's foreign ministry.
