Cairo - MENA
Cairo Criminal Court will Saturday hear pleadings in the case of “Ittihadiya palace incidents”, in which ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 14 other defendants of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group are accused of inciting violent acts.
The public prosecution will start its pleading on Saturday.
The defendants face charges of killing and inciting the murder of protesters who gathered outside the presidential palace in December 2012 to protest against a constitutional declaration that had been issued by Morsi a month earlier.
