ESCWA Executive Secretary, Mohammad Ali Hakim, met on Wednesday with the charge d'affaires of the Saudi Embassy in Lebanon, Walid Boukhary.

Conferees underlined the need to strengthen cooperation between the ESCWA and the kingdom in the field of sustainable development 2030, especially since the Crown Prince of has his own vision thereon.

The Executive Secretary of ESCWA said he intended to form a delegation to Saudi Arabia to discuss ways of cooperation.

Bukhary also welcomed the initiative, noting that his country was ready to discuss issues of common interest
