Minister of the Council of Ministers, Ahmed Saad Omer has affirmed the importance veterinary professions to maintain the livestock health , explaining that Sudan has huge high standard-livestock that supports the food security in the country .
This came when the minister inspected, Sunday, the Sudanese Veterinary Council , indicating that the establishment of the specialized councils will contribute to the organization of the profession .
Saad, during the visit, was briefed on the tasks of the council and its jurisdictions which represented in monitoring and guaranteeing the quality of the animal food production .
