General traffic department in Qalubiya raised the state of emergency in all the roads and squares of the governorate during Eidul Adha celebrations.
A security plan is set in the crowded Shobra el-Khima and Banha, Head of Qalubiya traffic department Mahmoud Shehata said in statements Friday.
Cameras and digital traffic lights were provided in the squares to monitor the car drivers and record any traffic violation, he said.
