President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Sunday issued a republican decree No.368 for the year 2014 authorizing the premier in the president's jurisdictions stipulated in Law No.162 for the year 1958 on emergencies.
The decree comes in view of the serious security conditions in North Sinai, said Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef.
