Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will meet on Thursday South Sudan's foreign minister Barnaba Marial Benjamin.
They will hold talks on ways to boost ties between the two countries.
The two ministers have met in New York on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
