Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri met Tuesday his Malta counterpart George W. Vella in Spain while participating in a ministerial conference on stability and developments in Libya due Wednesday.
The meeting took up the latest developments in the Middle East region especially the situation in Libya and means to contribute to building the state institutions in the coming stage.
The get-together also tackled the importance of the Egyptian initiative and starting a dialogue between all political parties.
They conferred on the situation in the regional arena topped by he increasing terror that represented a threat at the regional and international levels.
