Lebanese authorities, Hezbollah, and Amal Movement have reinforced security measures in preparation for the Shiite Muslims' celebrations of the Day of Ashura.
The extra security measures come as a precaution step for potential terrorist attacks by Daesh and An-Nusra Front fortified in the eastern mountains of Lebanon.
The heavy security measures raised objections by some people due to the engagement of some members of Hezbollah and Amal Movement.
Shiite Muslims represent one third of the Lebanon's population.
