Scores of Hezbollah militants have reportedly been killed and injured during bloody clashes with militants of the Nusra Front in the Lebanese towns of Brital and Youneen on the border with Syria late Sunday, al-Nusra Front, a terrorist-labelled group, said Monday.
The Nusra militants warded off an attack by Hezbollah, the group said in a tweet.
Five members of Hezbollah are said to have been killed, but Hezbollah officials have not confirmed the news.
