Saudi pilots performed their role to serve their religion and homeland, said Saudi Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Defense Minister Salman bin Abdel-Aziz.
He also hailed the proficiency of the Saudi Air Force.
Earlier, a well-placed Saudi source said that the Saudi Air Force took part in military operations in Syria against Daesh group.
The Saudi pilots returned to their military bases after launching successful strikes against Daesh groups in Syria, according to Saudi Press Agency on Tuesday.
