A Saudi court on Tuesday sentenced four defendants to death over charges of joining a terrorist cell.
As many as 16 defendants were sentenced to jail terms ranging from 8 to 18 years over forming a terrorist cell and attempting to carry out terrorist acts.
The defendants were also convicted of training for armed combat and possessing weapons and ammunition in a bid to undermine security as well as financing terrorism.
