A court in Riyadh on Tuesday sentenced 38 Saudis to prison terms ranging from three months to 16 years and placed a travel ban on them over terror charges.
The defendants were convicted with considering the Saudi government, scholars and police as "infidels" and joining a terrorist organization in the country.
The court found seven others not guilty.
