The Saudi Cabinet reiterated the Kingdom's condemnation of the terrorist acts in Egypt's North Sinai, expressing condolences to the Government and people of the Republic of Egypt and to the families of the victims and wishes of a speedy recovery to the injured, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Following the Cabinet session on Monday, under Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja said the council was briefed on a number of reports on the latest developments in the region and the world, especially crises being witnessed by a number of Arab countries.
The Cabinet stressed that the continuation of these events and their repercussions on the security and stability in the brotherly states accompanied by killing, destruction, terrorist acts, corruption in the land, and dispersal of the peoples of the Islamic nation are painful and causing sadness for every Muslim, Khoja said.
Saudi Arabia calls on the international community to seek seriously and redouble efforts to end all conflicts and combat terrorism to achieve living in security and stability for all nations, he added
The Cabinet also warned against the danger of Israeli plans aimed at the Judaization and division of Al-Aqsa, considering them as a flagrant violation of the sanctity of the holy mosque and the principles of international law and relevant resolutions of the United Nations.
