The Saudi Security forces arrested eight citizens over luring youngsters in Tamir Province to join extremist organizations abroad.
According to a statement by the Kingdom Interior Ministry, the eight persons face charges of encouraging young Saudis to join organizations that were designated by the government as terrorist.
Meantime, Saudi court ordered Tuesday the imprisonment of 18 defendants including 11 Saudis, five Yemenis, a Palestinian and an Omani for various terms from one year and half to 20 years over plotting terrorist attacks and adopting Takfiri beliefs.
They set plans to explode foreign embassies in the kingdom, the statement said.
Also, the defendants face charges of fiscal and material support to militants in order to get them involved in "the sedition" and for their possession of guns and books that encourage shedding blood of innocent people.
