In a press statement issued today by the Ministry of Labour, Qatamin said the Arab world feels the grief and sorrow for what is happening in some Arab countries in terms of bloody conflicts that have led to the loss of many lives and resulted in hundreds of thousands of people being displaced or becoming refugees.
Qatamin thanked the ‏ALO General Director, Ahmad Luqman, for the tremendous efforts he exerted to improve the organization's performance despite several regional challenges.
On the sideline of the meeting, Qatamin met with a number of his counterparts and discussed ways to solve issues of poverty and unemployment as well as aspects of cooperation in the fields of training and labour.
