Egypt’s Minister of Urban Development Laila Iskander and Port Said Governor Samah Mohamed Ahmad signed on Monday a cooperation protocol that aimed to develop Ezbet Ouf district of Port Said.
This comes within the ministry’s cooperation with provinces in order to develop slums a well as the ministry’s plan to develop slums in the period between July and December 2014.
The area of the district reaches 32 feddans that will cost 216 million pounds to be developed in which the ministry will pay 89 millions and the province will bear 127 millions.
