President of the Republic, Field Marshal has hailed martyrs as well as Sennar as it was the first Islamic state .

This came while he was addressing a mss rally at Senja, Capital of Sennar State on occasion of the 25th Martyr Day and the Silver Jubilee of Al-Shaheed Organization.

The President asserted that projects of Sennar as Capital of Islamic Culture would continue .

The President of the Republic announced his support to health, education and agriculture as well as electrification of irrigated schemes to decrease the cost of production.

He also announced support to horticultural production, drinking water , roads , and services.

Director -General Of Shaheed Organization, Mohamed Ahmed Haj Majid reviewed projects and services being provided to martyrs in fields of education, health and housing .

He revealed intention of the organization to establish a "martyr museum"..
