Cairo police stepped up security measures in parks as Egyptians are celebrating the Eid holidays.
We are patrolling parks to secure Egyptians who are seeking to celebrate the Eid," Ali Demardash, assistant interior minister, said.
"Police are using bomb detector devices," he said.
