Cairo Airport authorities on Wednesday foiled an attempt to smuggle money on an Egyptian plane en route to Dubai for the second time today.
While finalizing the travel procedures of the passenger on the Egyptian plane heading for Dubai, customs officers suspected he held bags with 63,000 t?dollars in his possession.
The money was confiscated and the passenger was referred to the public funds prosecution.
Earlier in the day, the airports authorities foiled another bid to smuggle 80,000 ollars in possession of two passengers heading to Dubai.
