:A Last day of Hajj - all pilgrims leaving Mina, many already in makkah

Pilgrims started leaving Mina on Monday heading to the Grand Mosque to finish the rituals of Hajj by performing the farewell tawaf (circumambulation of Kaaba).
"There was a large number of those pilgrims who moved to the Grand Mosque to finish the farewell tawaf," Spokesman for Ministry of Interior, Major General Mansour Al-Turki said in a press conference.
"At least 1.4 million pilgrims have so far finished tossing pebbles at the Jamarat facility and they are on their way to the Grand Mosque," he added.
He referred to the presence of significant density at the Jamarat facility, saying it was under close follow-up and supervision from the security men who were able to manage and organize it for the safety of the pilgrims.
For his part, Undersecretary of the Hajj Ministry Hatem Qadhi said that Minister of Hajj Bandar Hajjar stressed on Sunday that half of pilgrims should stay at Mina until Tuesday for the safety of all pilgrims.
Qadhi pointed out that pilgrims could move to Madina on Wednesday according to ministry's plans and in coordination with the province of Makkah to give vehicles' drivers enough time to take rest.
