A crowd of Palestinians attended the funeral of a Palestinian man from Gaza who died Friday of wounds sustained during the recent Israeli offensive on Gaza.
Arafat Suheil Tafish, 32, died at Al-Makased hospital in Jerusalem on Friday afternoon after sustaining injuries from Israeli shelling in the Shujaiyya neighborhood of Gaza City some two months ago, according to medics.
Tafish's leg was severed and suffered from internal bleeding in his stomach in the Israeli attack on the Palestinian territory, they said.
Thus, the death toll of the recent Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 2,158 Palestinians.
