The Obour prosecution on Sunday ordered the arrest of the owner of a factory that collapsed earlier in the day.
The prosecution also ordered the arrest of an engineer who is in charge of the work at the factory.
Earlier in the day, a worker was killed and 22 workers were injured in the collapse of the factory.
Seventeen workers were discharged from hospital. Five workers are still receiving treatment.
