Qalubia prosecutors banned on Tuesday four owners of a private factory which collapsed earlier in Obour city, from travel pending investigations.
The prosecutors asked the committee, which was formed by Qalubia governor, to send its report on the causes of the collapse as soon as possible.
Three people were killed and 22 others injured when the building came down on Sunday.
