The trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 14 others over murder charges was postponed until Sunday.
The session was delayed to hear the defense team pleadings on Sunday.
The defendants are accused of inciting the murder of protesters during clashes outside the Itihadiya Presidential Palace in December 2012.
