DUBAI, 18th October 2014 (WAM) -- Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has offered condolences on the death of Mattar Hilal Bal Arti at Al Marmoum Area, Dubai.
He conveyed his heartfelt sympathies to the father, brother and relatives of the deceased.
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Lt. General Musabah Rashid Al Fattan, Director-General of the Office of the Ruler of Dubai, Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director General of Dubai's Protocol Department, and Mohammed Juma Al Nabooda.
