A military funeral was held Wednesday for a top leading policeman in the Upper Egyptian city of Minya.
Minya prison commander Wasfi Wahbi passed away on Tuesday due to a heart attack.
The funeral was led by First Assistant of the interior minister Mohamed Rateb and Assuit Security Director Tarek Nasr and attended by a flock of mourners.
