Cairo - MENA
Security forces in Mersa Matrouh province, northwestern Egypt, arrested Thursday a man over posting video clips in which he threatened to carry hostile acts against police and army.
Police identified the suspect, who appeared with a mask in posted footage on Facebook, as Mohamed R. N., 21, along with his colleague Bassil A. M. who recorded the video clips.
Investigations uncovered that both of them were members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group.
Faced by the charges, they confessed their wrongdoing.
