Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said on Monday the decision to choose young aides to ministers asserted the state's trust in their abilities to lead.
In statements during a meeting with Sports Minister Khaled Abdel-Aziz, the premier said he applied this approach when he was Arab Contractors chairman.
"This gives hope to young staffers to be promoted," he said.
He noted that these posts are without financial allocations.
He lauded what President Abdel Fattah El Sisi mentioned in an event on Sunday that 50 of positions of the councils affiliated to the presidency will be devoted to youth.
