Luxor security chief Montaser Abo Zaid paid a surprise visit to Armant police station and check conditions of prisoners at military and civilian jails.
Abo Zaid stressed that security forces are dealing with the prisoners in line with law.
“Suspects remain innocent until convicted,” he said.
