Libyan Parliament Speaker Ageila Saleh Eissa denied news that Egyptian military airplanes bombed Islamic militia sites in war-stricken Benghazi.
In statements Thursday, Eissa said that the news is totally bare of truth, adding that the Libyan army forces are undertaking their role without the military support of any country.
The Libyan army is mandated from the Libyan people, who reject military interference from any country, he added.
The media should refrain from spreading rumors, especially during the current critical period, he further said.
