Libyan parliament speaker Aguila Saleh Quwaidar has pressed for dialogue to solve the Libyan crisis.
In statements Friday to mark the third anniversary of the liberation of Libya, Quwaidar also called for reconciliation and disarmament across the country.
Quwaidar asserted the need to rebuild Libya through the legitimate institutions of parliament and the Cabinet.
