The Libyan government has mourned the death of 36 army personnel, who were killed Thursday in a series of explosions in Benghazi province.
In a statement on Friday, the cabinet offered condolences to the families of the martyrs.
It also reiterated its support for the Libyan army and police in their war against terrorism.
Thirty-six Libyan soldiers were killed and 70 others wounded in attacks by Ansar al-Sharia yesterday.
