The death toll in Kikla town, southwest of Tripoli, had hit 142, while the injured reached 518 since the start of armed clashes between the Libyan army and Libya Dawn, a movement led by rebels from Misrata, two weeks ago, a field doctor has said.
The field hospital in Kikla is suffering a huge shortage in medics, medical equipment and drugs, Dr. Ahmed al-Zein told “Radio Ajwaa” on Monday.
