Lebanon's Chamber of Deputies failed on Wednesday for the 14th time to elect a new president of the country over lack of a necessary two-thirds quorum.
Speaker Nabih Berri deferred the session till November 19.
Today's session was boycotted by March 8 Alliance.
Former president Michel Suleiman's six-year term ended on May 25 and since then the post has been vacant.
