The Lebanese Army Tuesday referred a detainee to court on charges of setting up a terrorist cell in Tripoli.
According to NNA news agency, Mohamed Ayyoubi was in the process of preparing an assault on civil peace and the security forces, Army Command-Guidance Directorate said in a communiqué.
Ayyoubi was arrested in September.
